Right of withdrawal

Your right
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier that you named, take physical possession of the unit.
To exercise the right, tell us, Elli.Z.G., trading as MeshSat, Floresstraat 17, 2315 HP Leiden, the Netherlands, hello@meshsat.net, of your decision by an unequivocal statement: an e-mail, a letter, the model form below, or the online withdrawal function at the end of this page. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the period expires.
What happens then
We reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you bear no fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the unit back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is first.
Send the unit back to the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you told us. You bear the direct cost of returning it. Pack it as it came: the unit, both antennas, the cell and the printed documents. You are liable only for any diminished value of the unit that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
